Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Additional Returns Guidelines
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued). If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
FashionGit cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Returns:

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
International Returns:

Pre-paid Express Returns
Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A pre-paid return shipping label
will
be emailed to you. Please note, the return label expires within 14 days of issue if unused.
Using
the provided label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your
items
back to us.
Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Self-postage Returns
You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense. Visit our
international returns portal to initiate a return and a returns slip will be emailed to you. We
recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at help@fashiongit.com with
the
tracking number once shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
Where returns are processed for store credit, a SKIMS gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase. Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a SKIMS gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your
order has been shipped. (excluding pre-orders)
PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and
review before clicking 'checkout Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return
to FashionGit.com.
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.
To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day.
Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day.
Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.
Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
Delivery in 2 hours ($10)
We offer local 2-hour delivery for a select region within Los Angeles City.
Customers in an eligible zip code will be able to ship a subset of our best selling styles to
their home within 2 hours. Delivery is carried out in partnership with Uber and orders must be
placed between 10am – 7pm P.T. Monday-Thursday and 10am – 5pm PT: Friday-Sunday
Our delivery region covers zip codes within 10 miles of 90004.
Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS, and you’ll be notified as your driver is
approaching. Please be ready to accept your order in person by showing a valid form of ID and
your order confirmation.
If you will not be home, please indicate prior to checkout whether you would like the driver to
leave the package in a safe space or return to our warehouse.

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as “Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Please note, FashionGit is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
